House Passes Build Back Better Act With Major Higher Education Investments

Today the United States House of Representatives passed the Build Back Better Act which provides an investment of over $20 billion in higher education, including a Pell Grant increase, funding for completion and retention grants, and historic funding for Minority Serving Institutions.
